This week has been full of exciting adventures. I got the opportunity to travel through the western side of Jamaica. Oh, my what relaxation and fun. Negril is soooo beautiful. I was doing a research for my interracial short story I'm plotting out now. The people there were great, that sat down with me for hours as I asked them about their culture, customs and way of life. Talk about dancing. I learned how to whined it up. Lots of fun and even braved the microphone to sing "Hello" by Lionel Richie. I must have been out of my mind...LOL! But, I have fun!
When I returned, my hubby took me to see
Ratatouille. Perfect!! My hero in my second book in my hero series is a chef so, that movie was research and laughs. This book will be a first Monique Lamont interracial romance. If you haven't seen this movie you must. Even if you don't have children you will enjoy it.
Exciting news! My book Fire and Desire is now list on the home page of Parker Publishing!!! Yeah! It comes out this September. Check out the cover... is that man not sexy or what!! Meow, baby. LOL!
Well, it is the 4th of July and I don't have alllllllll day to write so, back to the grind for me. Talk to you all soon.
